I am wondering if you think desiccated liver tablets would be as effective in the role of remineralizing teeth as eating fresh liver? I just don't like the taste & hard to find grass fed, but want to add the benefits. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Leslie,

If you prefer having tablets instead of the raw ones, you may do so. You only have to pick the right source-- have desiccated liver tablets that were made from whole foods (liver) and are not synthetically made.

The answer is based in part upon the writing in the book, "Cure Tooth Decay."
Learn how to remineralize your cavities naturally with the book, "Cure Tooth Decay."

A little more about the book:
Forget about drilling, filling, and the inevitable billing. Your teeth can heal naturally because they were never designed to decay in the first place! They were designed to remain strong and healthy for your entire life. But the false promises of conventional dentistry have led us down the wrong path, leading to invasive surgical treatments that include fillings, crowns, root canals and dental implants.

As long as you will be taking those that are derived naturally, you'll be fine. However, I do not know the extent of efficiency of these desiccated liver tablets. But raw liver are supposedly more beneficial.

I tried cooking liver twice last month and ate it. I was a vegan until December.
At the farmer's market, and at a small artisan butcher, I was able to buy fresh liver pate. It tastes kind of weird but if you have gobs of butter and a spoon of sour cream or creme fraiche (you can ferment it at home) it becomes very palatable!

If you take desiccated liver supplement, do you do that everyday or twice a week?
