Hello, I have purchased and read the book "cure tooth decay" i also have "nutrition and physical degenerarion" although Ive only read parts of it.
I am on a fresh, raw, grassfed kefir fast right now - 4 qts kefir daily with warrm epsom salt baths, oil pulling, coffee enemas and castor packs - all gentle detoxing methods (my ailments extend far beyond decayed teeth)
My question is regarding oil pulling with the amalgam fillings - is it safe?
I do feel a lot of tingling, or some other MILD sensation in the quadrant of my mouth that has the fillings. Will I be pulling mercury into my body by oil pulling - the rest of my teeth feel SOOO great with this diet/oil pulling I would hate to stop the pulling.
btw - when I finish my 4 week course of the kefir fast/diet (by McFadden / Porter) I plan to continue kefir with the additon of the tooth strengthener recipe and raw grassfed, organic liver (frozen)
Thanks for any advice /tips!

Hi Jaci,

After swishing for 15-20 minutes, the oil is expectorated and the whole mouth is rinsed well. If you do that and not swallow the oil where the toxins are pulled with, you don't have to worry.

Monitor well your teeth with fillings that you have said exhibited tingling sensations. You may have to pay extra attention on them.

There is an option regarding removing the amalgam fillings if you want.

The answer is based in part upon the writing in the book, "Cure Tooth Decay."

A little more about the book:
Forget about drilling, filling, and the inevitable billing. Your teeth can heal naturally because they were never designed to decay in the first place! They were designed to remain strong and healthy for your entire life. But the false promises of conventional dentistry have led us down the wrong path, leading to invasive surgical treatments that include fillings, crowns, root canals and dental implants.
