I’m trying to cure tooth decay and also struggling with gum recession due to grinding my teeth. What’s a good mouthwash that I can purchase from the store (for example, Target). I’d rather not purchase it online because it’s too difficult to keep replacing it every time I run out.

I use Dr. Schultze's Daily Oral Therapy  . I order at his site online.. It is Tooth, Gum, Tongue and Breath Tonic.  Professional/Clinical Strength.  A Herbal formula..

I answered you, but did not notice you said you prefer not to order online, sorry about that.. I order from Dr. Schulz, when there is a sale.. Buy 2 get one free, or similar.

Thank you for your reply. That’s expensive, though.

Does anyone know of an inexpensive mouthwash that can preferably be purchased at a retail store (for example, Target)?
